Step 1. Select login/sign up

Step  2. Select your location (AU Users or NZ Users)

Step  3. Click "Forgot your Username?" and follow the instructions:

Step  4. If you wish to receive an email with your username please enter the email address that you used to register with WorkPro. An email will be sent to you confirming your username.



If you wish to receive an SMS with your username please enter the mobile phone number that you used to register with WorkPro, as well as your surname. An SMS will be sent to you confirming your username.




Is there a chance that you may have more than one WorkPro account? Try the steps above. If an error message is displayed, please contact WorkPro during business hours on +61 1300 975 776.

If you don't receive an email when following the above steps, it may be because you have not previously signed up with WorkPro.
